Are You Resistant to Change at Work?

My boss told me I’m resistant to change and maybe he’s right. When I think of all the things that have changed since the Pandemic I’m not as eager as I was. We faced layoffs, shortages, and supply chain issues. We didn’t see friends and families, or people's faces for two years.
